Part of our commitment to safety includes creating and promoting access to the training resources you need to be the safest pilot possible. In keeping with this commitment, Cirrus Aircraft invites you to participate in the COPA Training Foundation sponsored Cirrus Pilot Proficiency Program (CPPP) training held in Van Nuys, California from Friday, 4 November to Sunday, 6 November 2016.
The COPA Training Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, hosts these recurrent training weekends with General Aviation ground courses and Cirrus-specific flight instruction during a weekend of socializing with like-minded owners and their partners.
The CPPP weekend offers participants a selection of ground courses, optional flight instruction segments with some of the most experienced Cirrus instructors, a Partner-in-Command program, and all meals including a Friday night welcome reception and a Saturday night dinner. For complete ground course descriptions, please see the Ground Course Descriptions tab on the event website. Not all ground courses are offered at each event.
CPPP training qualifies for FAA Wings credit. It is possible to obtain sufficient credits so that you will not need to accomplish a flight review. CPPP flight training also qualifies for discounts on some aircraft insurance policies and satisfies the recurrent requirements on others.
