(9 February 2018) \u2013 Cirrus Aircraft today announced that Japan Civil Aviation College (JCAC), the largest flight academy in Japan, has adopted the technologically advanced SR22 as its primary training aircraft. As the only national aviation flight academy in Japan, JCAC first acquired a fleet of ten SR22 for its Obihiro location in 2016. The aviation college is now adding an additional 20 SR22 aircraft for its locations in Obihiro (Northern Japan) and Miyazaki (Southern Japan), making JCAC the largest operator of SR22 aircraft in the world.<\/p>\n
