CSA Aviation (Pty) Ltd is an authorized Cirrus Training Centre (CTC) and a platinum partner in the Cirrus global flight training network. The Cirrus Aircraft worldwide network of flight training professionals are experts in Cirrus flight training. CTCs and CSIP’s (Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot) have been factory trained and evaluated by the Cirrus factory flight training instructors. All are held to the same standard of excellence that Cirrus uses for flight training at their factory in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Training Designed For You
All students in turn will benefit from this within their own training. Whether you are completing your Private Pilot’s License (PPL) or continuing the journey to your Commercial Pilot’s License (CPL), you can be rest assured that only the best training will be offered in a safe environment.
As the largest and most successful general aviation training program in the world, Cirrus Approach aims to standardize training across the globe to ensure all Cirrus pilots access the same information, receive the same training and understand the intricacies of flying their chosen Cirrus.
All our instructors at CSA Aviation (Pty) Ltd are chosen, trained and evaluated by our CSIPs. All instructors are managed and tracked via the Cirrus Approach Instructor Course Program by the Cirrus factory and 6 monthly recurrent courses are mandatory.

Our Cirrus SR20 fleet is equipped with either Cirrus Perspective+ Garmin 1000 or Avidyne avionics, providing an industry-leading training environment. Synthetic Vision Technology (SVT) and Terrain Awareness significantly enhance pilot situational awareness, reducing the risk of Controlled Flight into Terrain (CFIT) and ensuring a safer, more informed flying experience.
Enhanced Traffic Awareness and Safety Features
The SR20 is equipped with Active Traffic Monitoring, which goes beyond standard ADS-B In by actively interrogating nearby transponder-equipped aircraft. This technology provides a 360-degree traffic awareness zone, delivering both visual and ATC-style audio alerts to enhance flight safety.

Every Cirrus SR20 is equipped with the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS), a pioneering safety feature that has redefined personal aviation. SR20 Rental: ZAR 3,469.57 ex VAT
Fuel and landing fees: Included for FALA.
